Competition Rules & Prizes

This is our fourth event and a reunion so we want to celebrate. Tell us your favourite memory, with a picture (optional. We will publish the best on this site and choose 3 of our favourites. It can be funny, inspirational, a poem, something that happened to you or something you saw as long as it involves getting to or being at one of our previous events. Those three chosen will get an opportunity to share it, or have one of our team read it for them at the event. So give it a go you may just get your name in lights across the web.....

The Prizes

First Prize will get a DVD and picture CD of the 2005 event along with a 2008 Polo Shirt, Stubbie holder and sticker

Second Prize will get a DVD and Picture CD of the 2005 event along with a 2008 Stubbie holder and sticker

Third prize will get a DVD of the 2005 event and a 2008 sticker

The Rules

Unfortunately there are rules and these must be strictly followed if a entry is to be considered, these are:

  1. Entries can only be submitted by email to gbissett@corrigin.wa.gov.au.
  2. Entries will only be accepted under a real name, if requested a story if published can be attributed to an alias if requested.
  3. Its content must involve something do to with the journey to or at the event.
  4. A story must be between 50 and 200 words . While slightly longer stories may be considered. If published they will be edited.
  5. A picture may be submitted to go with the story but is not essential. Please ensure these are in jpg format and no larger than 150k in size.
  6. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. By submitting a story for publication an author gives the right to Corrigin Apex Club inc. to publish and republish it without remuneration unless a prize is given.
  8. Multiple entries can be submitted but only one entry per person will be published.
  9. The Winners will be announced at the event and given or posted if the winner is not present.
  10. Committee members and their families will not be eligible to win a prize.
